Misty Upham’s body found by police in Auburn, WA

Police believe they have found Misty Upham‘s body while searching for the actress after she was reported missing by her family on October 6th. The body was found near the White River in Auburn, WA, a Seattle suburb.

A positive ID has not yet been made for the body, but items were found near it that had her name on them. It is currently believed there wasn’t any foul play involved in Upham’s death.

Misty Upham suffered severe anxiety and bipolar disorder and had quit taking her medication in the days leading up to the incident, according to her father Charles. The Native American actress had moved to Seattle to take care of her father on the Muckleshoot reservation.

Upham had roles in “Django Unchained,” “August: Osage County,” and “Frozen River”. She was 32 years old when she died.
