US Supreme Court: Marriage bans unconstitutional – #LoveWins
#MarriageEquality #LoveWins – The United States Supreme Court has ruled same sex marriage unconstitutional in a landmark decision that has surprised the nation. The decision was issued by Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy in a 5-4 opinion. The case, known as Obergefell v. Hodges, is a consolidation of four cases from Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee, and Michigan, questioning the constitutional legality of same-sex marriage bans and encouraging the reversal of these bans if they are found to be unconstitutional.
