Mariah Carey Gag Order on Nick Cannon – Nick Cannon may have opened his mouth too soon. The rapper/actor mentioned on Thursday that he and Mariah Carey were living in separate homes, leading the public to assume they were soon getting a divorce.
Mariah was furious with Cannon’s comments, and ended up placing a gag order on him to prevent any more leaks. If Cannon says anything else about the couple’s problems he could face significant penalties financially. Carey, however, is now legally allowed to announce the split however she see’s fit.
Mariah Carey has been a very busy lady with her twins and preparing for her latest tour. She and Nick originally planned to release a statement together concerning their relationship, but Nick beat her to it.
