9-year-old girl accidentally kills shooting instructor with Uzi

Charles Vacca Accidentally Shot, Killed with Uzi by Young Girl – Arizona Shooting Instructor Charles Vacca was accidentally shot and killed by a 9 year old girl firing an Uzi sub-machine gun on Monday. Vacca, 39, was airlifted to the hospital and was later pronounced dead.

According to the Mohave County Sheriff’s Department Charles Vacca was hit when teaching the girl how to shoot the weapon on automatic mode. The recoil from the gun sent bullets flying above her head, which fatally wounded the instructor.

Vacca worked at the Bullets and Burgers shooting range and was an avid second amendment supporter.
