Another satirical article posted here has again created quite a bit of confusion in the wake of recent ebola-related events. It claims (jokingly, of course) Jenny McCarthy publicly stated that lemon juice cures ebola.

McCarthy never actually said that lemon juice cures ebola, and it definitely does not cure the disease. The Daily Currant posts these misleading articles in an attempt to “ridicule the timid ignorance which obstructs our progress, and promote intelligence – which presses forward”. Read more here.
