Obama’s credit card gets declined at dinner, Michelle Pays
Just before the Obama administration released their plans to expand chip and PIN credit card use (as opposed to ones using magnetic strips) among cards that deliver federal benefits, Barrack himself had his credit card denied while at dinner with his wife last month.

The President’s card was reportedly declined for fraud protection because he wasn’t using it enough. The first lady Michelle ended up having to pay the bill with her card. I can imagine him giving the face pictured below when the waiter told him his card was declined. He or she was probably afraid to tell him!
