Suge Knight shot West Hollywood Nightclub 1OAK – Founder of Death Row Records Marion “Suge” Knight was injured in a shooting during a pre-VMA party. He is expected to survive according to a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s sergeant.

The shooting occured around 1:30 a.m. at 1OAK on Sunset Blvd. in West Hollywood. Two other people at the club were also struck by gunfire and are expected to survive as well.

Local authorities are searching for the shooters but haven’t released any more information thus far. R&B singer and co-host of the nightclub party Chris Brown was in the club but did not get shot.

Suge Knight has been shot once before in the leg during a 2005 MTV awards pre-party in Miami Beach, Florida. Sounds like pre-parties should be avoided!
