Ray Rice Punches Fiancee Janay Palmer Video – Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice has been dealing with a lot of backlash following a video that was released by TMZ in which he punched his fiance, Janay Palmer in an elevator. She was knocked unconscious by the 220 pound NFL player at the Revel Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City.

In February a videos was released showing Rice dragging Palmer out of the elevator unconscious. The video that has just recently been released shows was happened before that.

Fellow NFL players are not happy with Rice. Many have voiced their opinions on Twitter.

The couple was married on March 28th, just a day after Ray Rice was indicted for aggravated assault. Rice and Palmer publicly apologized for the incident in May; Palmer noted that the incident was partly her fault.

Rice was suspend for two games after the incident occurred. Baltimore Ravens coach John Harbaugh mentioned back in May:

“There are consequences when you make a mistake like that. I stand behind Ray. He’s a heck of a guy. He’s done everything right since. He made a mistake. He’s gonna have to pay a consequence. It’s good for kids to understand it works that way. That’s how it works. That’s how it should be.”

After the release of this disturbing video and the publicity following it, the Baltimore Ravens have decided to cut Ray Rice from the team. He’s also been suspended from the NFL indefinitely.
